Sometimes I want to fly to Cambodia just for a couple days so I can chow down on ripe mangoes. And yes, people in the midwest - and the U.S.A. for that matter - are totally missing out!!! The mangoes we get here just aren't the same. I would buy the ones I could get back home in Pella, IA. More sour, different consistency. The Cambodian mangoes (and mangosteen, pineapple, papaya for that matter) were second to none. Too bad you can't bring them back! I’m jealous.
